Warrant was issued Thursday morning and lists the charge as misdemeanor battery domestic violence.
A police report accuses Brown of throwing a shoe at a woman and striking her in the ponytail, per WFTS Tampa Bay. Before police arrived, Brown also reportedly threw the woman's belongings out of the house.

Tampa police make several attempts to arrest him for domestic incident
Brown, 34, is wanted for misdemeanor assault stemming from the incident. The woman was identified as the mother of four of Brown's six children. Authorities attempted to enforce the warrant at Brown's South Tampa home Thursday, but were unsuccessful.
